          Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 9 pm - 6 pm

          Saturday: 9 am - 3 pm

One Heart Healthcare is located in the south end of Seattle (zip 98178).  There are no public transportations nearby, no wheelchair access; it's in a residential neighborhood.  Once your initial appointment is confirmed, you will receive forms to fill out and directions to the clinic.

Insurance

One Heart Healthcare accepts major insurance and PIP. 

 

In Network

Aetna, CHPW, First Choice, LifeWise, PIP, Premera, Regence, UnitedHealthcare, Kaiser Permanente (First Choice).  ​​​Accept HSA card.

Please contact your insurance provider about your acupuncture benefits (deductible, copay, preauthorization, etc.).  In the event your insurance fails to pay within 60 days, full payment will automatically become your responsibility.​

Payment and/or co-pay will be due at the time of service.

Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel the appointment, kindly notify me within 24 hours in advance so that someone may be able to take your appointment slot.​

Failure to provide 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.
